I am an advocate for accurate representation, enabling communication across linguistic borders to ensure that voices are heard, stories are told and ideas are shared.

I am a native speaker of both English and Swedish, with a master’s degree in translation and literature. Apart from my bilingual background, I have a professional book contract of my own under my belt with Swedish publishing house Opal.

In 2016, I settled down in France, where I have since become fluent in both written and spoken French.

I translate French, English and/or Swedish material into the target language of your choice (English or Swedish).

      Bilingual Proficiency:

Being a native English and Swedish speaker, I understand and effectively convey nuances, idioms, and cultural references in my translations.

      Academic Credentials:

Holding a master's degree in translation, I possess specialised knowledge and expertise in language and translation theory.

      Cultural Sensitivity:

Growing up bilingual has allowed me to acquaint myself with cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, and references that enhance both my cultural sensitivity and the authenticity of my work.

      Published Author:

As an author, I possess writing skills and creativity, which are valuable assets in translation. I can create engaging content, whether it's translating literature or adapting marketing material.

      Attention to Detail:

I am commitment to accuracy, grammar, style, and terminology to maintain highest quality.

      Professionalism and Reliability:

Reliability and responsiveness to client needs lay the foundations for trust and long-term relationships.

      Continued Professional Development:

I am a member of Översättarcentrum, an organisation based in Sweden that promotes literary translation and supports professional translators.
